My public score is missing
Only qualifying completed runs prompt you to sign the board. Scores are replay-verified before they appear. If you finished offline, keep Oathslide installed and reopen it while connected; the pending result will retry automatically.
I want to remove my public data
Open Home → Settings → Online data → Delete my online data, then confirm Delete online data. This permanently removes the current identity’s public scores, display name, reports, and first-party analytics events. Oathslide clears that identity locally and creates a new, unlinked random identity for future optional online use. Local game progress remains. The action requires a connection and will never report success while offline.
I want to stop product analytics
Native iOS analytics is off by default. To opt in or withdraw later on iOS, open Home → Settings → Privacy → Share limited product analytics. Turning it off stops new events and clears unsent analytics and local analytics lifecycle state. To remove records already sent, also use Online data → Delete my online data. The web companion does not currently offer this iOS toggle; see the Privacy Policy for its analytics behavior.
A leaderboard name is inappropriate
Use the safety button beside that entry. Block removes the player locally. Report sends the entry for moderation. The Community Rules explain what is not allowed.
Controls or text are hard to use
Oathslide supports swipe gestures, web arrow/WASD keys, labeled on-screen direction buttons, VoiceOver, Dynamic Type limits, reduced motion, and independent audio/haptic settings. Turn on Always show direction controls in Home → Settings for a permanent direction pad.
Progress was lost
Progress is stored on the device and is not synced to an account. Deleting the app, clearing browser storage, private browsing, or some device restores can remove it. An active run is saved automatically during normal backgrounding, but local storage cannot be guaranteed after OS or browser data removal.
