Terms of use

These terms keep Oathslide fair, safe, and sustainable. By playing, you agree to use the game and its community features responsibly.

Using Oathslide

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Oathslide on supported devices. You may not sell access, interfere with the service, extract private leaderboard data, or use the game to violate law or another person’s rights.

Public display names

Publishing a score is optional. If you submit a display name, you grant Oathslide permission to display and process it for leaderboard operation and moderation. Do not submit personal contact details, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, or unlawful material. The Community Rules are part of these terms.

Fair play

Do not forge scores, tamper with replays, automate play for public rankings, exploit service defects, evade moderation, or disrupt other players. Scores may be delayed while verification runs and may be rejected or removed when their replay does not reproduce the claimed result.

Availability and changes

Game balance, features, rankings, and online services may change to improve quality, safety, fairness, or compatibility. Leaderboards are not guaranteed to be continuously available. Reasonable care is taken to preserve on-device progress, but you should not treat game data as valuable property.

Enforcement

Oathslide may hide names, remove scores, or reset public identifiers when necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or reliable operation. Automated report thresholds are only one signal and do not guarantee immediate removal.

Disclaimer and liability

Oathslide is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oathslide is not liable for indirect loss, lost progress, lost rankings, or service interruption.
